ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Meet Jeffrey
PhD researcher at McGill, lecturer to 800+ students, and coach to founders, scientists, and technical leaders who need to land the room when it matters.
Jeffrey didn't start out confident. When he moved to Toronto at 16, he was so socially anxious he didn't make a friend his entire university orientation week. His first Toastmasters speech was memorized word-for-word, rehearsed until it was airtight — the only way he knew how to get through it.
Today, he teaches classes of 800+ students with no notes, no script, and no safety net. He's a PhD researcher in psychology at McGill, a university lecturer, and a finalist for McGill 3MT and the SSHRC Storyteller competition — experiences that shaped both his research and his approach to performance under pressure.
Now, he works with technical founders, researchers, and high-performing professionals who need to communicate clearly when the stakes are real — in pitches, interviews, board meetings, and the rooms that change the trajectory of a career.
